7:07 am
similar incidents in the area investigators believe same suspect is behind all three attempts. steve keeley is on this one this morning, steve. >> reporter: well, it was just 12 hours ago, 6:30 to 7:00 when cops were swarming this apartment complex that we can see in the day light. these buildings are all individual. there must be 20. they all have eight apartments one on the hill here. look at where this was, the corner building where this attack attempt occurred. eight apartments in here. you can see imagine this at night, you don't see any because it is all dark, wooded here, ravine over there. this guy must have pick this for this hidden back reasons, few witnesses, so, he pulls a gun on this third woman, just like did he in the first two as he is out in this parking lot attempting to walk to her apartment. he walks her into that door and then on the other side of the door is there stairs. they go to where ever her apartment is, and as they open up her apartment door, where he attacked the previous woman and sexually assaulting and
7:08 am
kidnapping them for over an hour, he hears a man's voice or sees a man because she lives with a man, a husband, boyfriend, roommate. police did not get specific. only thing they are specific about is they are almost sure this is same guy because he had a mask on, pulls a gun and he has what they call distinct accent. so he runs out the door, lets go to the video we shot when we first got here. fingerprint dust is on the door and you can see there is a metal handle, one of the things you see in the department stores that is 4 inches wide, he either pushed on that to open up the door or push on the grass to open up the door, one or both hand. if you didn't have gloves on they have got some prints because he had just left there and in one else had come and gone because they got here within second of the 911 call and then she shut down the streets. here's our area video police every where, yellow tape, every where. they are stopping everybody. not letting anybody leave or come in here. they are hoping to pin opinion guy in and or also hoping that the witness saw a guy running if he didn't get back to his
7:09 am
getaway car or speeding out of here with a better description of the car. we don't know whether they got any of this, fingerprints, descriptions, whatever. again, who knows whether they have this guy. but what they have right new is another witness and good thing is this witness may be best because she was lee traumatized. he didn't get a chance to sexually assault her or force her back in the car at gunpoint and go to atm and withdraw money like did he in other cases. similarities again that same hour right after sundown din are time 6:30 to 7:30. two of the three on monday, middle one on a sunday. we will get a good update from police later this morning if not noon time when they have had their big news conference last time. we will update you hopefully that witness holds the key. steve keeley, thank you. time right now 7:09. day care worker fired after catching her pushing a child down the stairs. woman claims that things are not what they seem. parents as you can imagine

they are concerned. >> of course, that worker is facing criminal charges this morning. surveillance video shows this worker her name is sarah gable , what appears to be pushing that four year-old down the stairs at child care of the future day care center in upper darby. as soon as she pushes a child, still looking up at camera right there, staff says that the camera had been put in a half an hour, before this incident. center's manager says the woman said she shouldn't be blamed for this little girls fall. >> she tried to blame it on her shoe. she picked up, and come to the stairs with her shoe. it is not her shoe. i just watched you do it. don't lie and say it was her shoe. >> that was very troubling news and very, very disheartening because these kid, they are so gentle. >> there is the suspect, already been fired from the day care and charged with simple assault and child endangerment. workers have added more cameras in that part of the stairs because children have

7:13 am
>> that inquiry is going to be thorough and we will follow the facts where ever they lead us. >> reporter: now back to obama care for a moment, this plan is going to be tough to get through congress, again, because some republicans are going to balk. conservative republicans will say that this still maintains an entitlement for health care , some more moderate republicans will be upset about cuts to medicaid spending for instance. but it does get rid of unpopular things about obama care, chief among them would be that individual mandate, the requirement that everyone, just gets insurance. on the other hand it also may make it more difficult for insurance company. we just don't know how all of these numbers are going to shake out but it will be a real battle on capitol hill, back to you guys. >> certainly will be, okay, thanks for that update doug we appreciate it. 7:13. an unlicensed cabdriver is in the hospital this morning
